In 2008, my dreamy job traveling around the country didn't feel so dreamy anymore. After about 6 months of working part time for a learning center tutoring math, I started to fall in love with a new passion. When I realized it, I made a decision to reinvent my career into alignment with my new passion for teaching. In the following 8 years, I started my own math coaching business, consulted, and taught math in public and private schools.

Reinvention can seem scary and intimidating because you are walking into unchartered territory.

The number one question people ask about reinvention is "what do I do next?"

The reason for this question is that often reinvention means you are going where you've never gone before and that means you don't know exactly what the path looks like. Often times, this makes it feel almost impossible to even start a reinvention.

The good news is that reinvention is possible and there is a way to ensure you never feel to scared to take a step toward your reinvention.

The path to reinvention is only illuminated once you start walking. Imagine for a moment you are in the middle of a forest at night with only one flashlight. That flashlight only shines so far which means that to see father, you have to walk a few steps first. Reinvention is no different. As you begin to walk the path, it becomes clearer and you start to build momentum.

The best way to ensure you gain clarity on your path sooner rather than later is to work with a coach that can help you shine light on the path and map out meaningful actions. And taking those first steps is even easier when you walk the path with others.

My name is Roger Osorio and I am a reinvention coach, author, and adjunct-professor at University of Pennsylvania.

I started walking the journey to reinvention in 2005 when my health, finances, and relationship were no longer aligned with who I was becoming. I took steps to reinvent my life one piece at a time in order to get it aligned with who I was becoming and what mattered to me.

Ever since then, I have reinvented my life every few years as my values, passion, and purpose evolve. I have gone from a national account sales manager to math teacher, to motivational speaker, executive coach, Ivy-League faculty, entrepreneurship educator, entrepreneur, and most recently, author of my first book, The Journey to Reinvention: How to Build a Life Aligned with Your Values, Passion, and Purpose.

    • How long does the School of Reinvention last?

      Your access will include 12 months from the day you sign up and will auto renew at the end of that 12-month period.

    • How do I make the most of this opportunity?

      Create a block of time every week on your schedule to review the lessons, Q&As, and participate in the community conversations. This is your opportunity to get the support you need, when you need it.

    • Do I have to be ready to reinvent myself now in order to get the most out of this?

      For the Founding Members offer, I recommend that you have a pretty good idea of what you want to reinvent in your life. This way you get the absolute most out of The School of Reinvention. However, you may decide to step back and pivot into another reinvention. That's fine, we are here to help you navigate the journey!

    • When are the new videos posted?

      Videos are posted weekly, usually at the beginning of the week so that you have an entire week to review them. That said, only watch what makes sense for you and your journey.

    • Do I need to attend the live monthly sessions?

      No, however, we'd love to have you there! Your schedule may not permit and that's ok. There will be a recording of the event and you can catch it later if you'd like or just catch us at the next month's live session.

    • Can I get a certificate of completion?

      Yes, by request only. Let me know if you need this for company or business reimbursement and we will get you a certificate.

    • How can I learn more about the journey to reinvention?

    • Are there courses available in the membership?

      There are courses available in the membership and you can take those on-demand as needed. The courses are meant to supplement the live sessions. There are skills and topics that are better to learn at your own pace versus a live session.

    • What if it’s not working out for me? Can I quit?

      Yes, if it’s not working out for you, you can quit from the month-to-month contract at any time and just like with most subscriptions, you’ll have access for the remainder of that month and we will stop billing you.

    • - Is the program open to participants from outside of North America?

      Absolutely! We’re building a global community to walk the journey to reinvention together!
